Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oklama (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these Terms.

1. The Service

Oklama is an AI-assisted Google Ads keyword management platform that ingests search terms, classifies them using artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4), and—upon your approval—applies keyword actions via the Google Ads API. A "sync" means one complete pipeline run: fetch → classify → add.

To use Oklama, you must create an account by connecting your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OAuth tokens and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@oklamads.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

3.1 Plans

We offer monthly subscriptions. Current plans include:

3.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start a trial.

3.3 Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the subscription amount and applicable taxes to your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.4 Changes to Plans

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount.

3.5 Refunds

Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable and non-creditable once the billing period begins. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.

4. Google Ads Integration

4.1 OAuth Authorization

By connecting your Google Ads account, you grant Oklama permission to access your Google Ads data using the following scopes:

Your use of Google services via the Service is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You are responsible for maintaining your Google Ads account(s) in good standing and for complying with Google's requirements and policies.

Oklama will only access and use your Google Ads data to provide the Service. We will not:

You may revoke Oklama's access to your Google Ads account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will prevent the Service from functioning but will not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. AI Classification and User Approval

Oklama uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4) to classify search terms and suggest keywords. While we strive for accuracy, AI classifications are suggestions only and require your review and approval.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all keyword additions before they are applied to your Google Ads campaigns. Oklama provides confidence scores and classification rationale to assist your decision-making, but you maintain full control over what gets added.

We do not guarantee specific ad performance, ROI, or results from using the Service. Campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your ads, landing pages, bidding strategy, and market conditions.

7.1 Customer Data

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service, including Google Ads identifiers, search terms, keywords, and performance metrics ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data to provide the Service and related support.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and Google user data. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability & Support

We strive to operate the Service reliably with job tracking, automatic retries, and monitoring. Certain features or processing windows may be prioritized for higher-tier plans (Professional, Teams, Enterprise).

Support is provided via email at support@oklamads.com. We typically respond within 24 hours during business days (Sun-Thu, 9:00-18:00 GMT+3). Professional and Enterprise customers may receive priority support.

9. Beta Features

We may invite you to try features labeled as beta, preview, or early access. These are provided "as is," may be subject to additional terms, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property, excluding Customer Data and third-party content. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

11. API & Programmatic Access

Teams and Enterprise plans may receive private API access for programmatic integration. Any such access is subject to:

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OKLAMA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO OKLAMA FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oklama and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or relating to:

You may terminate your account and cancel your subscription at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us. You remain responsible for fees through the end of the then-current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We will delete or de-identify personal data pursuant to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. You may request a copy of your data before termination by contacting us.

16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Israel for any disputes not subject to alternative dispute resolution.

Nothing in this section limits either party's ability to seek injunctive relief or enforce intellectual property rights.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oklama regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
